Describes the development of an on-the-job training program in the air conditioning and electrical shops of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. The 1-year programs include a daily job training report, a formal one and one-half hour weekly training session using a correspondence course outline, and weekly 15-minute review sessions by foremen with each trainee.
