Examines the relative lack of minorities in executive positions within higher education associations headquartered at One Dupont Circle, Washington DC. A table lists total executive positions and number of Black, Hispanic, Asian, and American Indian executives for each association. Findings raise questions about associations' commitment to diversity and accountability. Minorities are urged to become more active in their organizations. (DB)
