This text is the last of five in the Secondary School Advanced Mathematics (SSAM) series which was designed to meet the needs of students who have completed the Secondary School Mathematics (SSM) program, and wish to continue their study of mathematics. In this volume the solution of systems of linear and quadratic equations and inequalities in two variables is discussed in detail. The relationship of these solutions to the graphs of equations is developed. The "graphs" of linear equations in three dimensional space are studied, and the solution of systems of linear equations in three variables is discussed. Equivalence of systems of equations is explored. Many exercises are provided. (SD)
