Describes teachers' use of education technology for instructional purposes in their classrooms and schools, the availability of this technology, teachers' training and preparation for using this technology, and the barriers to their using it. Data, most of which are from the Fast Response Survey System, indicate that about half of teachers with computers available in their schools use them for classroom instruction. (Author/SLD)
