WVAdultEd programs provide adults with the opportunity to acquire and improve functional skills necessary to enhance the quality of their lives as workers, family members, and citizens. Educational services are available at no cost to the learners and are designed to meet the educational needs of the individual. Certified adult education instructors provide instruction. A regional adult education coordinator, based at the Educational Service Cooperative (ESC), provides technical assistance to local administrators.
