A case history concerning the planning and development of a junior college provides general guidelines, procedures, and information that may be applied to the planning and development of any new junior college. Consideration is given to the following topics--(1) site selection, (2) enrollment projections, (3) curriculum development for physical facility planning, (4) translation of curriculum into space requirements, and (5) translation of auxiliary and service needs into space requirements.
