Audience Response Systems
When used during classroom instruction, audience response system technologies allow students to respond to instructor questions using wireless handheld devices. Typically, questions and results are displayed using presentation & projection technologies; results may also be stored in databases and integrated learning systems. Educational uses include, but are not limited to, formative assessment, facilitating learner engagement, keeping attendance records, monitoring comprehension, and data collection.
