Recognizing that all parents encounter challenges in raising their children, this book presents practical strategies for solving common behavior problems. Chapter 1, "Bonding," concerns the development of parent-child attachment. Chapter 2, "Encouraging Development," discusses "hot-housing," language development, and early intervention. Chapter 3, "Toilet Training," deals with readiness, modeling, and problems with older children. Chapter 4, "Night Waking," compares approaches to dealing with night waking.
