Accounting Students' Performance and Personality Types.
Nourayi, Mahmoud M.; Cherry, Alan A.
Journal of Education for Business, v69 n2 p111-15 Nov-Dec 1993
Completion of the Myers Briggs Type Inventory by 103 accounting majors revealed no significant differences among personality types in achievement, except that sensing types perform better in accounting in general. Results seem to belie the suggestion that accounting attracts introverts and that the intuitive type is best suited to accounting in the future. (SK)
