Investigated were the effects of Massachusetts Law Chapter 766 (a comprehensive education-reform law relating to handicapped children) and P.L. 94-142 (Education for All Handicapped Children Act) on 211 public school speech, language, and hearing clinicians approximately 14 months after its implementation.
