A Job Fair Demonstration for Senior Citizens and People with Disabilities.

Tested job fair project, Better Days, at two sites. Project targeted people with disabilities and older adults. Sixty-two older adults and 81 people with disabilities who attended rated the fairs as "good to excellent" employment resources.
