This study compares salaries as well as benefits of school district personnel in the seven metropolitan school districts that include Albuquerque, New Mexico; Denver, Colorado; Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona; Wichita, Kansas; and Mobile, Alabama. The tables aggregate all the elements in the total compensation package for each category of employee and compare then between the seven districts reviewed. Details concerning available fringe benefits in each district are recorded in dollars as well as percentages to provide material for making alternative comparisons using the same basic material.
