To determine from the individuals on the front line of this issue just what kind of priorities and support the institutions are placing on this significant issue. This qualitative study was designed to explore the perceptions of Title IX Administrators in Arkansas higher education institutions on implementing OCR guidance. This study has examined the perceptions of the challenges these administrators face with the added pressures of compliance with federal requirements regarding Title IX.
