Using Derald Sue's framework for examining counseling process with racial-ethnic minority clients, develops new model to examine career counseling process with Asian Americans in terms of culturally appropriate and inappropriate process and outcomes. Offers recommendations for culturally appropriate career counseling interventions from this integrated framework. (Author)
