The guide includes a directory and description of services provided by the 30 federally funded child service Demonstration Centers (CSDC) for learning disabed students. A catalogue overview booklet reviews the history of P.L. 91-230, Title VI-G (Education of the Handicapped Act, 1970) and discusses the role of the National Learning Disabilities Assistance Project in providing technical assistance to the CSDCs. Also included in the packet are a booklet introducing the 23 newly funded CSDCs, a booklet outlining several formerly funded centers, and individual four page folders describing the history, educational programing, outreach and replication, products, unique features, and workshops of each of 30 CSDCs in their second or third year of funding in 1977-78.
