This report is composed of a set of tables showing, by campus, the undergraduate students who were enrolled in Maryland public colleges in 2002 and the Maryland public college to which they transferred in 2003. This analysis is possible because the Commission collects enrollment data on all students using an encrypted social security number as a personal identifier. The tables were developed by matching the enrollment file for the use of the Fall semester of 2002 with the Fall 2003 enrollment file using social security numbers. There are five sections in this report: (1) All 2002 Undergraduates; (2) 2002 Full-Time Undergraduates; (3) 2002 Part-Time Undergraduates; (4) Transfers to Community Colleges; and (5) Community College Transfers by Academic Program.
