Priority Setting in Government: Beyond the Magic Bullet.
Bosin, Morris Robert
Evaluation and Program Planning, v15 n1 p33-43 1992

Causes of ambivalence in setting priorities are considered, and ways to reduce ambivalence are suggested. Three models are proposed for setting priorities in the public sector. (SLD)
