One of two supplements which accompany chapter 5 of "Mountain-Plains Handbook: The Design and Operation of a Residential, Family Oriented Career Education Model" (CE 014 630), this document contains specific information concerning the following components of the administrative services division: purchasing, property control, and operations and residential facilities services. Staffing charts and equipment lists are included for each component. In addition, the following materials related to the purchasing component are included: purchasing procedures, petty cash instructions and forms, purchase order instructions, and miscellaneous forms. The following materials related to the property control component are included: property control policies and procedures, report forms, property flow chart, and the purchase requisition register. The following materials related to the operations and residential facilites services component are included: facilities lease agreement, student housing forms, repair and maintenance forms, and the housing brochure.
