This collection of learning activities is intended for use in reinforcing mathematics instruction as it relates to building maintenance. Fifty activity sheets are provided. These are organized into units on the following topics: numeration, adding whole numbers, subtracting whole numbers, multiplying whole numbers, dividing whole numbers, factoring, fractions, decimals, percents, and measurement. A variety of activities are provided, including exercises in spelling numbers correctly, arithmetic exercises, word problems, and practice in working with geometric figures and interpreting charts. Vocabulary words taken from the area of building maintenance are incorporated into the activities. Answers to each activity are also provided. (MN)
