Adolescence, v38 n150 p251-65 Sum 2003
Study investigated personality traits and social competence as predictors of delinquency in adolescent girls. Agreeableness did not correlate with the overall delinquency score. The more crimes reported, the less conscientious, more neurotic, and more open the girls were. Correlation between delinquency and extroversion was not statistically significant. Concluded that some personality factors and social competence can predict delinquency. (Contains 28 references and 2 tables.) (ADT)
