Suggests seven measures that behavioral educators can take to make effective educational procedures available in public schools: make dissemination of effective technology first priority; develop comprehensive educational systems; simplify existing effective procedures; create market for effective educational technology; obtain new measures of educational success; begin program of educational activism; and forage in new fields.
