The Potential of Expanded Arbitration in Resolving Title VII Claims in Light of Alexander v. Gardner-Denver and New Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Policy
Boyer, Laura G.
Loyola University Law Journal, 7, 2, 334-50, Spr 76
Potential Title VII financial liability, not only for lawyer's fees and court costs, but also for back pay awards, should provide the needed stimulus for union and management to accept altered arbitration as a method of resolving employment discrimination claims. Altered arbitration would be an effective way to limit their financial liability. (LBH)
