Attitudes Toward Women: A Comparison Study of Counselor Trainees

Counselor trainees' attitudes (N=104) toward women were measured and compared with students, teachers, professors, and business persons, using the Attitudes Toward Women Scale (AWS). Counselor trainees' attitudes were: (1) no more liberal than other groups; (2) unrelated to hours completed in the guidance program; and (3) more liberal among female counselees. (HLM)
