Learning Styles and Continuing Medical Education.
Van Voorhees, Curtis; And Others
Journal of Continuing Education in the Health Professions, v8 n4 p257-65 1988
The Gregorc Style Delineator--Word Matrix was administered to 2,060 physicians in order to gain a better understanding of their participation in continuing medical education. The study showed that 63 percent preferred the concrete sequential learning style. Different style preferences may account for some of the apparent disparity between education and practice. (JOW)
