The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator was completed by 55 of 78 off-campus extension agents and 29 of 49 on-campus specialists. Although the groups share many preferences, there was a highly significant difference in the judging function: 72% of the specialists preferred Thinking and 60% of agents preferred Feeling in decision making.
