Surveyed 53 coordinators of college student personnel/student development preparation programs to examine monetary compensation of graduate assistants, number of work hours required, duties, compensation in addition to or other than pay, course load restrictions, number of students enrolled in program with assistantships, and tuition costs. Results revealed concerns related to selection of assistantships and cash compensations. (Author/NB)
