New Primary Teacher Trainees and Computers: Where Are They Starting From?

Results of a study of 111 first year primary teacher trainees indicated: the majority had little or no experience with computers, 42 percent had negative feelings, and 72 percent had little or no knowledge about computers. Implications for teacher educators with regard to course content, teaching style, and strategies are considered. (IAH)
