Adult students in an interdisciplinary, experiential weekend social science course showed significant increases on 11 Personal Orientation Inventory subscales and the Walton-Glaser Critical Thinking Appraisal, with no sex differences found. This supports experiential learning as effective in the continuation and reinforcement of the self-actualization process. (MSE)
