Work experience programs claim to develop good work habits and an understanding of how to acquire paid employment. This study investigated the concurrent validity of these scales. Analysis of variance and hierarchical multiple regression showed paid work experience differentiated 76 junior college students significantly, supporting construct validity of the scales. (Author)
