This article describes a structured game which: (1) created four competitive teams; (2) provided prompt feedback to teams; (3) set up simulated organizational groups within game structure (college placement offices and federal personnel departments); (4) role played campus interviews; (5) introduced realistic crisis situations; and (6) projected activities over a time span corresponding to that needed to plan, execute, and evaluate a recruiting season.
