The report details the accomplishments and slippages of Project PUSH-Outreach, a program for the early education of handicapped children, during the year June, 1977 to July, 1978. It is explained that the staff conducted five workshops during the years and the objectives, methods of presentation, number of contract hours, agency, number of participants, and participants' evaluation are provided for each workshop. Reasons for slippage, such as lack of response to training programs, are discussed. Much of the document contains tables and exhibits listing information on participants and project impact.
