Included are samples of six project-based measurement instruments (including a parent survey form and a student followup assessment), an instruction package for psychologists to use in determining handicapping conditions and educational needs, parental permission forms, bibliography of 29 test sources, and sample score sheets for the Children's Early Education Developmental Inventory, the child-based instrument used in HCEEP.
