The collective bargaining agreement between the University of Delaware and the University of Delaware Chapter of the American Assocation of University Professors (AAUP) is presented. Items covered in this agreement include: recognition of AAUP as the bargaining representative, AAUP membership, representatives, and privileges; grievance procedure; personnel benefits; nondiscrimination; faculty workload; and salaries. Also included is an article on the maintenance of university practices related to hours, sick leave, vacations, appointment, reappointment, promotion, tenure, dismissal, termination, suspension, evaluation, sabbatical leave and other items not specifically covered by the terms of the agreement.
