College students (N=96 male, N=96 female) responded to a questionnaire examining student attitudes toward handicapped coworkers and supervisors. Results indicated female respondents were more lenient than males on some ratings. Handicapped individuals were not rated lower than nonhandicapped; disabled persons were preferred on a number of dimensions. (Author/RC)
