Describes a collaborative effort among a university college of education, its graduate school of social work, and a community school to develop a culturally responsive parent education/involvement program. Program participants indicate they had more knowledge and confidence enabling them to interact more effectively with their children at home, as well as with teachers and others at the school. (GR)
