Avoiding the Horrid and Beastly Sin of Drunkenness: Does Dissuasion Make a Difference?
Babor, Thomas F.
Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, v62 n6 p1127-40 Dec 1994
Studies indicate dissuasion does make a difference with heavy drinkers who have not developed severe alcohol dependence.
