FRENCH, RUSSIAN, GERMAN, ENGLISH, AND SPANISH ARE TREATED SEPARATELY UNDER PART TWO, BUT ARE ALL RELATED TO THE THEME OF METHODS AND MATERIALS USED IN DEVELOPING INDIVIDUALIZED LEARNING. FOR ENGLISH AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, NEWMARK AND STEVICK DISCUSS INTERFERENCE IN LANGUAGE LEARNING AND MICROWAVES USED FOR TRANSMITTING LANGUAGE SKILLS. FRENCH IS THE CONCERN OF MARTY AND HARRIS IN THEIR WORKS ON OBJECTIVITY IN FOREIGN LANGUAGE TEACHING AND DEVELOPING READING SKILLS IN AUDIOLINGUALLY TRAINED ADULTS.
