What General Motors Can Teach U.S. Schools about the Proper Role of Markets in Education Reform.
Levy, Frank
Phi Delta Kappan, v78 n2 p108-14 Oct 1996

Market-based initiatives can succeed when based on five principles stressing worker understanding, incentives and problem-solving opportunities, adequate training, regularly measured progress, and perseverance.
