Profiles of thirty faculty members, including background information, student evaluations, publications, and service activities were constructed. Twelve faculty members served as judges regarding salary increases for the ensuing school year. Salary increases were found and analyzed through judgment analysis, a useful technique for identifying the rating policies existing in a board or committee of judges. (Author/RK)
