"Ethical Considerations in Rehabilitation Counseling" (Martin, Wright) discusses ethical issues. Part 3 traces counseling and psychosocial aspects of disability. "Personal Experience of Acceptance and Adjustment to Disability" (Rothrock) is the author's account of adjusting to disability.
