Elementary School Children's Perception of Helpers and Their Characteristics
Bachman, Randall W.
Elementary School Guidance and Counseling, 10, 2, 103-108, Dec 75

This is more true with younger children than with older ones. Moreover, children consider warmth, trust and understanding as the main characteristics of helping persons. (Author/SE)
