Raises issues concerning effective change research in education. Highlights include: action-research, change management and continuous quality improvement and innovation; individual and organizational learning for change; evidence-based change priorities; researching good practice; monitoring change implementation and impact; change in learning programs and systems; research and change leadership; dissemination of research; and the need to link research more effectively.
