A Comparison of the Job Values of Prospective Teachers and Counselors

Sixty-five counselor trainees and 77 teachers under training were instructed to rank 11 job values in order of preference. Median rankings for the two samples were secured and analyzed. Results indicated that the ordering of job values for the two samples was highly associated. (Author)
