Black and White Performance in Graduate School and Policy Implications of the Use of Graduate Record Examination Scores in Admissions.
Scott, Richard R.; Shaw, Marvin E.
Journal of Negro Education, v54 n1 p14-23 Win 1985

This suggests that the GRE is insensitive to the factors that affect Blacks' academic performance. (KH)
