The paper looked at knowledge management and global information dissemination. Knowledge is a very powerful tool for survival, growth and development. It can be seen as the information, understanding and skills that you gain through education or experience. The paper was addressed under the following sub-headings: Knowledge management knowledge dissemination and utilization; global information and new technologies; knowledge as a New source of wealth; vocational and technical education curriculum for attainment of millennium development goals in information age; and the national policy on education on vocational and technical education. It was based on these that recommendation was made that internet equipment and learning facilities and fund should be provided for the pursuit of vocational and technical knowledge and dissemination of information in the information age.
