The 112 graduates of Ferris State University's School of Pharmacy (Michigan) were surveyed to investigate a possible relationship between academic achievement and perceptions of job and life satisfaction 5 years after graduation. Graduates were generally satisfied with their everyday work, supervision, compensation, coworkers, chance for promotion, and overall job situation. (Author/MSE)
