From "Brown" to "The Journal of Negro Education" with Six Degrees of Separation
Hill, Lenda P.
Journal of Negro Education, v76 n3 p456-463 Sum 2007
My life journey started with "Brown" and has culminated with the celebration and legacy of "The Journal of Negro Education" using, only six degrees of separation. Six degrees of separation is a theory that anyone can be connected to another person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances or events that has no more than five intermediaries. During these past 52 years, I see my life as a planned chain of events that have connected me with my historical past to ensure the continuance of educational excellence of future generations.
