The purpose of this dissertation was to launch a leadership training program for shared leadership based on "super leadership." The constructs of the study were designed to study Bible leaders in shared leadership, leadership paradigm and types, transformational leadership, and, super leadership and shared leadership theory that are all discussed in the review of literature and measured in the research project. The review of literature discusses how shared leadership based on the super leadership model is effective to guide leadership development and transform current leadership. New leadership models are a very effective way to discipline church leaders who learn and apply new leadership for the next generation. The effective use of training programs also enable the leaders to build up their leadership teams from shared leadership based on the super leadership theory.
