Surveyed Scottish elementary and secondary teachers regarding their perceived information and communications technology (ICT) needs. Results highlighted three interrelated areas of ICT need: access to ICT and effective management of ICT resources, appropriate training in ICT skills, and ongoing support to encourage progression beyond initial teacher education.
