A workshop prepared cooperating teachers in India to host U.S. student teachers by familiarizing them with U.S. teacher education, the concept of clinical supervision, roles and responsibilities of cooperating teachers and supervisors, and evaluation methods. The influence of cultural factors on clinical supervision was addressed. (Contains 23 references.) (SK)
